PROTECTION ORDER

On Saturday, 8/3/19 at approximately 2320 hours, police conducted a traffic stop at Main Street and Longs Peak Avenue. An adult male was arrested for a violation of a protection order. The case is cleared by arrest.

DUI

On Sunday, August 4, 2019 at about 0037 hours, Longmont police contacted a vehicle for engaging in a speed contest on Hover Street at Mountain View Avenue. Officers arrested an adult male for DUI and other traffic offenses. The male was transported to the Boulder County Jail.

CHILD

On August 4, 2019 at approximately 2059 hours, Longmont police were dispatched to the 400 block of Dickson Street in reference to a child abuse. An adult female was contacted and arrested.

BURGLARY

On July 31, 2019,  the Longmont Police Department responded to the 00 block of Martinez Place on the report of a burglary. An unidentified adult male and female entered a residence and stole a handgun.

WARRANT ARREST

On July 31, 2019 the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1800 block of Main Street on an attempt to locate. An adult female was contacted and found to have several active arrest warrants. The female was taken into custody and transported to jail.

DRUG VIOLATION

On Saturday, August 03, 2019, at approximately 0220 hours, Longmont Police contacted a motorist near 9th Ave/Pratt St for a traffic violation. During the contact police found guns and suspect drugs. A male and female, both from Longmont, were arrested. This case is cleared by arrest.

DISTURBANCE 

On August 3, 2019 at approximately 1727 hours, Longmont police were dispatched to the 200 block of Main Street in reference to a disturbance.

SHOPLIFT 

On August 3, 2019, Longmont police officers were dispatched to a shoplifting report in the 500 block of South Hover Street. There are currently no leads as to the suspect's identity.

DUI

On Saturday, 8/3/19, Longmont police officers conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of Main Street. An adult female was contacted and later arrested for DUI. Cleared by arrest.

WELFARE CHECK

On August 3, 2019, Longmont police officers were dispatched to a welfare check in the 1700 block of 11th Avenue. An adult female was contacted, case is closed.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 8/4/19 at 0056 hours, officers responded to a call of a physical disturbance in the 800 block of Grandview Meadows Drive. An adult female was arrested for domestic violence related charges.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Sunday, August 4, 2019, Longmont officers took a report of an FDC of a vehicle. Case is closed.

On 8/4/19, officers took a phone call reference a vehicle trespass in the 600 block of Kimbark Street  involving an adult female victim.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS 

On Sunday, August 4, 2019 at approximately 1015 hours, an officer took a report of a first degree criminal trespass to a vehicle and a theft.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On August 4, 2019, Longmont Police responded to a residence in the 1800 block of Meadow Lane to investigate an illegal firework lodged into the siding of a home. Several bottle rocket style fireworks were fired off from a neighboring area, and one penetrated the siding of a home with some burn marks visible on the siding and causing damage. The suspects are unknown at this time.

DISTURBANCE

On Sunday, August 4, 2019, Longmont police officers were dispatched to the 000 block of 9th Avenue in response to a disturbance between two males. A report was taken and the case is closed.

DEATH

On August 4, 2019, Longmont police officers were dispatched to the 3600 block of Clover Creek Lane in response to an unresponsive 70-year-old female. A death investigation was completed and the case is closed.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

An employee of a Longmont business reported criminal mischief in the 4900 block of Nelson Road. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

THEFT

A Longmont resident reported theft in the 700 block of Rider Ridge Drive. There are no investigative leads or suspects at this time.

AUTO THEFT

A Longmont resident reported a vehicle theft from the area of 3rd Avenue and Lashley Street. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

CHILD

On Friday, 8/2/19 at approximately 2317 hours, police responded to the 500 block Atwood Street in relation to a child report, that was later determined to be missing from the 00 block of East 5th Avenue. This report is generated for informational purposes.

WARRANT ARREST

On August 3, 2019 at approximately 1955 hours, Longmont police conducted a traffic stop in the area of 17th Avenue and Lashley Street. Two adult males were arrested on warrants.

DUI

On August 1, 2019, officers responded to the intersection of 3rd Avenue and Martin Street in regards to a hit and run accident. One adult female was contacted. She was arrested for DUI related charges. Case cleared by arrest.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

A Frederick resident reported first degree criminal trespass and theft in the 100 block of South Main Street. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCID

On Friday, 8/2/19, Longmont officers were dispatched to an injury accident in the intersection of Nelson Road and Peck Drive. One adult female was arrested for DUI. Case cleared by arrest.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST 

The Cyber Crimes Unit of the Longmont Police Department assisted the Federal Bureau of Investigations with an investigation. All inquiries should be directed to them as this is an open investigation.

FRAUD

On Saturday 8/3/19, Longmont officers were dispatched to the 900 block of South Hover Street on the report of a fraud. Investigation is ongoing. Case is open.

WARRANT ARREST

On August 3, 2019, officers contacted an adult male in the 800 block of 2nd Avenue in regards to a criminal mischief incident. The male was arrested on a prior outstanding warrant. Case cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Saturday, August 3, 2019, Longmont police officers were dispatched to assist with a domestic incident which occured at the 2200 block of 14th Avenue. A female was contacted and interviewed. This was a verbal disturbance.

WARRANT ARREST

On 8/3/2019, officers responded to the 700 block of Longs Peak Avenue on the report of a trespass. An adult male was contacted and arrested on outstanding warrants. Case cleared by arrest.
