INFORMATION

On 8/23/19 at about 2335 hours, police responded to 4500 block of Redmond Drive on a complaint of phone harassment. An adult female had been receiving unwanted phone contact from an adult male, but it had not yet risen to the level of a crime. The male was contacted and agreed to discontinue his contact with the female. Case is closed.

DISTURBANCE

On Saturday, 8/24/19, Longmont police responded to a disturbance at a business in the 900 block of South Hover Street. An adult male stated that another adult male, whom he did not know, assaulted him. This case is under investigation.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont female was bitten by a dog while her dog was being attacked. The owner of the other dog was issued a ticket and the dog placed on home quarantine.

DISTURBANCE

On Thursday, 8/22/19 at approximately 1345 hours, officers were dispatched to the 1300 block of Martin Street regarding a disturbance in progress. Officers learned two male parties who are family members were physically fighting with each other. Males were later separated, charges will not be filed.

MENACING

On Thursday, August 22 2019, Longmont police responded to menacing in the 1700 block of Francis Street. A 28-year-old male reported an unknown suspect pointed a gun at him in an apparent road rage incident. No suspect has been identified.

ASSAULT

On Thursday, August 22 2019, Longmont police responded to a report of assault in the 100 block of South Main Street. A 19-year-old male has been arrested on several charges. The case is cleared by arrest.

BURGLARY

On Friday, 8/23/19 at approximately 0715 hours, an officer was dispatched to the 1500 block of 24th Avenue regarding a cold burglary. The officer learned an adult female victim had her garage and vehicle broken into. There are no suspect leads.

WARRANT ARREST

On Friday, 8/23/19 at approximately 0929 hours, officers were dispatched to the 900 block of Danny Court regarding a tip they received on an adult female party with multiple warrants. The adult female was contacted, arrested, and later transported to Boulder County Jail.

DISTURBANCE

On 8/23/19, officers responded to the area of 17th Avenue and Main Street on a report of a disturbance. After investigation an adult male was arrested for attempting to hit a male on a bike with his vehicle. Case is cleared by arrest.

FRAUD

On Friday, 8/23/19, Longmont police officers took a report of a possible fraud incident by phone.

FRAUD 

On August 23, 2019, officers took a report of identity theft in the 2200 block of Calais Drive.

INJURY ACCIDENT

On Saturday, 8/24/19 at about 8:10 a.m., officers responded to the area of Airport Road and St Vrain Road on a report of a two vehicle accident. A 25-year-old female was later arrested and released on summons for suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs. Case cleared by arrest.

THEFT

On 8/24/19, Longmont police took a cold report of a possible theft that occurred at a business in the 00 block of South Main Street. A report was taken and the case is open and under investigation.

FOLLOW UP

On Saturday, August 24, 2019, Longmont police took a report of recovered license plates from the 200 block of Lashley Street.

LOST PROPERTY

A Longmont resident reported theft in the 2500 block of Main Street. There are no investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On August 24, 2019, officers responded to the 2400 block of Eagleview Circle on the report of a domestic disturbance. One adult male and one adult female were contacted. The male was arrested for 3rd Degree Assault and Domestic Violence related charges. Case cleared by arrest.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Saturday, August 24, 2019, a Longmont police officer assisted with a report of criminal mischief from the 1500 block of Main Street. No suspects have been identified.

ASSAULT

On Saturday, August 24, 2019, Longmont police officers assisted with an assault at the 800 block of 23rd Avenue. No suspects have been identified at this time.
