Sunday, August 19 MENACING On August 19, 2018 Officers were dispatched to the 3700 block of Findlay Ln in response to a felony menacing. A 41 year old female was threatened by a 39 year old male. This case is open for further investigation.

MENACING

On August 19, 2018 Officers were dispatched to the 3700 block of Findlay Ln in response to a felony menacing. A 41 year old female was threatened by a 39 year old male. This case is open for further investigation.

DUI

On Saturday 081818 at approximately 2308 hours, the Longmont Police Department responded on a crash in the 400 block of Francis St. One adult male was arrested for DUI without incident. Case cleared by arrest.

DUI

On August 18th, 2018, Officers conducted a traffic stop in the intersection of 17th Ave and Gay Street. One adult male was arrested for DUI related charges. Case cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On August 19, 2018, the Longmont Police Department investigated a domestic violence-related criminal mischief which occurred in the 1200 block of Trail Ridge Road. This case is cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Sunday, August 19, 2018, at approximately 1600 hours, Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of Gay Street, Longmont, CO in response to a reported disturbance. One adult was arrested on scene and later transported to Boulder County Jail. Case Closed-Cleared by Arrest.

AUTO THEFT

On 08/19/2018, at approximately 1644 hours, Longmont Police took a report of a stolen vehicle from the area of Mountain View Ave and Francis St in the City of Longmont, County of Boulder, and State of Colorado. Case open pending further investigation.

ASSAULT

On Sunday, August 19, 2018, at approximately 1914 hours, Officer's responded to the 100 blk of E 9th Ave, in the City of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado, for the report of an assault. Cleared by arrest.

DUI

On Friday, 08/17/18, at approximately 2215 hours, Longmont Police conducted a traffic stop in the 1800 block of Meadow Lane. An adult male was arrested for DUI and an active arrest warrant. Case cleared by arrest.

BURGLARY

On Saturday, 08-19-2018, Longmont Police took a report of a cold burglary to a home under construction in the 2400 blk of Summerlin Ln. There is no suspect information and this case is Closed.

WELFARE CHECK

On Saturday, August 18, 2018, Officer's responded to the 200 blk of E 8th Ave, in the City of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado, for the report of a possible child abuse. Case closed.

SUICIDE ATTEMPT

On 8-18-18, an adult female resident of the 1700 block of Lincoln St requested a welfare check of her ex-husband who was at an unknown location in the Longmont area. He sent her text messages indicating he may be suicidal. The male was located and determined not to be suicidal. The matter is closed.

DISTURBANCE

On Sunday, 08-19-2018, Longmont Police responded to a disturbance in the 4500 blk of Redmond Dr. Upon investigation, it was learned that two adult males engaged in a physical altercation. The suspect male had left and the victim male refused charges. Exceptionally Cleared.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On August 19, 2018, Longmont Police Officers responded to the 200 block of Kimbark St reference a found gun. The gun was turned in by an adult male. It was later learned that the gun was stolen out of Westminster. Westminster Police were notified and took over this investigation. Case closed.

SHOPLIFT

On Sunday, August 20, 2018, at approximately 2100 hours, officers were dispatched to the area of 9th Avenue and Lashley Street on a shoplift. An unknown adult male left a business without paying for merchandise. The suspect was not located and the case is closed.

Saturday, August 18

CHILD

On Friday, August 17, 2018, Longmont Police Responded to the 1400 block of Main Street in reference to a report of child abuse. A 32 year old female was arrested for violation of a protection order. The case is cleared by arrest.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On 081818, Officers responded to the 800 block of Ken Pratt Blvd reference a criminal mishief. An adult female and male entered a locked store. The case is closed.

WARRANT ARREST

On Saturday, August 18, 2018, at about 0234 hours, Longmont Police arrested an adult male in the 1800 block of Main Street for an active warrant out of Weld County for failure to appear. The male was transported to the Boulder County Jail and held on a $5,000.00 bond.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Saturday, August 18, 2018, at approximately 0313 hours, the Longmont Police Department investigated a restraining order violation in the 2500 block of Lanyon Dr. No violation was found to have occurred. The case is unfounded.

BURGLARY

On Saturday, 08-18-2018, Longmont Police received a call reference a cold burglary. An adult female called, was very vauge, and stated items were missing from her residence in the 4500 blk of Nelson Rd. This case is closed due to lack of information or leads.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Saturday, August 18th, 2018 Longmont Police responded to the 1300 block of Hilltop Dr. on a report of a domestic incident. No arrests were made and the case is closed.

WARRANT ARREST

On 08/18/2018, Longmont Police responded to the 300 block of Main St. regarding a physical disturbance between two transients. Police investigated the matter, and one subject was arrested without incident on an unrelated warrant. The case is cleared by arrest.

VICIOUS DOG

On Saturday, August 18, 2018, at about 1830 hours, Officers with the Longmont Police Department responded to the 200 Blk., of Sherman Street, Longmont, CO for the report of a animal bite. Contacted all parties involved. The victim of the animal bite skin was broken during the bit, but did not want to file charges. The animal was quarantined and owner provided a warning.

FRAUD

On 08/18/2018 officers took a report of a fraud in the 1600 block of Ithaca Ct. A resident in the area stated he received a fraudulent check while trying to sell his vehicle online. Due to lack of suspect information, this case will be closed.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 081818, Officers responded to the 2400 block of Key Ct on a disturbance. An adult male and female were in a verbal disturbance. The case is closed.

CHILD

On Saturday, August 18, 2018, at approximately 2130 hours, Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of Meadow Street in response to a reported runaway juvenile. The child was ultimately recovered and returned to his family.

ATTEMPT TO LOCATE

On June 22, 2018, at 1816 hours Longmont police officers were dipatched to the 1400 block of Hilltop Dr on the report of a wanted party. A juvenile male with several warrants was contacted and arrested. Case is closed.

CRIMINAL IMPERSONATION

On 08/17/2018 Longmont Police took a report of a possible criminal impersonation case in the 2300 block of Winding Dr. A report was taken and the case is open and under investigation.

On August 14, 2018, Longmont Police responded to a request for assistance by Frederick Police Department.

AUTO THEFT

On Friday, August 17, 2018, at about 2130 hours, Longmont Police took a report of a stolen vehicle from the 1600 block of Emery Street. Case open.

BURGLARY

On August 17th, 2018, Officers took a report of a burglary the occurred in the 100 BLK of Canadian Crossing. One adult female is the suspect. The victim did not want to press charges. Case closed.

WARRANT ARREST

On August 18th, 2018, Officers responded to the 700 BLK of Meeker Street on report of an adult male who wanted to turn himself in on active warrants. He was arrested on two active arrest warrants. Case cleared by arrest.

TRESPASS

On Saturday, August 18, 2018, at about 0054 hours, Longmont Police observed several people inside a business located in the 2100 block of Main Street. Officers caught one of the persons, a juvenile male, and issued the juvenile a summons into Longmont Municipal Court for trespassing and possession of marijuana. Case cleared by arrest-summons issued.

SEX ASSAULT

The Longmont Police Department investigated an Unlawful Sexual Contact in the 2200 block of Pratt St. Case is referred to the Boulder County District Attorney's Office for review.

WELFARE CHECK

On Saturday, August 18, 2018, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1700 block of Main St. on the report of a possible suicidal/homicidal male. The male was contacted and transported to Longmont United Hospital and placed on a mental health hold.

WELFARE CHECK

Officers responded to the 2800 block of Shoal Cir on a welfare check. After investigation, an adult female was placed on a mental health hold due to statements made. Case closed.

Friday, August 17

PROTECTION ORDER

On Wednesday 08/01/18 at approximately 1600 hours, officers received a report of a possible restraining order violation in the 000 block of 9th Ave.. This case is open and under investigation.

MENACING

On 081618 the Longmont Police Department responded to a menacing in the 1300 block of Iowa Avenue. A 30 year old male menaced a 43-year-old male. The 30 year old male was issued a summons. Cleared by arrest.

THEFT

On Friday, 08/17/18, a report was taken reference a theft which occurred in the 4500 Blk. of Redmond Dr. The case is closed as suspects are unknown.

THEFT

On August 17, 2018 a theft report was received from the 300 block of S Parkside Drive. An adult female reported a package was stolen from the front porch of her residence. Case is closed.

PROTECTION ORDER

On August 17, 2018, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 100 block of Longs Peak Avenue on a protection order violation and domestic violence stalking investigation. This case is open.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Friday 08/17/2018 at 0958 hours a Longmont Police Officer took a telephone report in reference to a domestic incident. This case is closed with no active leads.

IDENTITY THEFT

On Friday, 08-17-2018, Longmont Police were notified of a possible Identity Theft. this case is currently under investigation and is open.

FRAUD

HOLD On Friday, 08/17/18, a report was taken reference an identity theft which did not occur in Longmont. The case is closed.

LOST PROPERTY

On August 17, 2018 a lost property report was received from the 700 block of Coffman St.
An adult female reported her phone and driver's license was lost on the bus. Case is closed.

PROTECTION ORDER

On 08/17/2018 Longmont Police responded to the 300 block of Quail Rd. to the report of a possible protection order violation. A report was taken and the case is open and under investigation.

TRAFFIC STOP

On 08/15/2018 Longmont Police conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle for driving with no headlights in the 20th block of Main St. A male driver was issued a summons. Case cleared by Arrest.

STABBING

On 08/16/2018 Longment responded to Good Samaritan Hospital to assist another agency with a stabbing originally occurring out of Longmont near Hwy 287 and Pike Rd. After an investigation an adult male and an adult female were later arrested on mutiple charges. Case cleared by Arrest.

PROTECTION ORDER

On 081218, officers investigated a protection order violation occurring in the 400 block of St Clair Ave. The case in open.

FRAUD

On Thursday, 08/16/18, a report was taken reference an identity theft which did not occur in Longmont. The case is closed.

THEFT

On Thursday August 16th, 2018, at approximately 2230 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to contact a party by phone reference stolen license plates from a vehicle parked in the 1200 block of S. Hover Rd. Police contacted an adult female. The case is closed, 937 submitted.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Friday, August 17 , 2018 at about 0508 hours, Longmont Police arrested an adult male in the 1800 block of Sweeney Place on a protection order violation. The male was transported to the Boulder County Jail.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT

A cat bite was reported to Longmont Animal Control.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Friday, 08/17/2018 at approximately 1400 hours, Officers of the Longmont Police Department investigated a criminal tampering in the 1200 block of Pace St. This case is open.

THEFT

On Friday August 17, 2018 at approximately 1550 hours, Officer's took a theft report, which occurred in the 1400 block of Deerwood Dr, in the City of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado. Case open.

On August 17, 2018, at approximately 2107 hrs Longmont police officers assisted an outside agency. Case is closed.
