DUI

On August 16, 2019, officers responded to the area of Ken Pratt Boulevard and South Martin Street on report of a hit and run crash. Officers located the vehicle and contacted the adult female driver and an adult male passenger. The driver was arrested for DUI related charges. Case cleared by arrest.

AUTO THEFT

On August 16, 2019, Longmont police responded to the 1700 block of East Ken Pratt Boulevard on a welfare check. One adult male was contacted and was found to be in possession of a stolen vehicle. After a short foot chase he was taken into custody and transported to the Boulder County Jail. The case is cleared by arrest.

TRAFFIC STOP

On Wednesday, 8/14/19 at approximately 0838 hours Longmont police conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of South Hover Street. A juvenile male was issued a summons for several traffic violations. Case is cleared by arrest; summons issued.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On August 15, 2019, officers took a report of a first-degree criminal trespass of a vehicle that occurred in the 900 block of Longs Peak Avenue. No suspect information is available.

THEFT 

The Longmont Police Department investigated a theft in Central Longmont.

WELFARE CHECK

On 8/15/19, Longmont officers responded to the 600 block of Lashley Street on a report of a child abuse allegation involving one adult male and one juvenile female. No enforcement action taken.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On August 16, 2019, officers responded to the 1400 block of Emery Street on a report of criminal mischief and a report was taken.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS 

On Friday, 8/16/19, a report was taken in reference to a criminal trespass, criminal mischief and theft which occurred in the 1700 block of Main Street. The suspects are unknown.

WARRANT ARREST

On 8/16/19, Longmont police responded to the lobby of the Longmont Municipal Court in reference to a subject with an active warrant who was on scene. Police located the subject, who was arrested without incident. The subject was booked and released on bond. The case is cleared by arrest.

THEFT

On Friday, 8/16/19, a report was taken in reference to a theft which occurred in the 600 block of South Airport Road. The case is closed as suspect returned the items.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Friday, 8/16/19, a report was taken in reference to a criminal trespass which occurred at 18th Avenue and Sumac Street. The suspects are unknown.

INFORMATION

On August 16, 2019, a Longmont police officer was dispatched to a harassment report from the 1700 block of East Ken Pratt Boulevard. Several adults were contacted. Case is for informational purposes only.
