BURGLARY
An employee of a Longmont, CO business located in the 200 block of S. Main Street reported an attempted burglary. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.
WARRANT ARREST
On Sunday, August 12, 2018, at about 2305 hours, Longmont Police contacted a vehicle at 16th Ave and Emery Street for a traffic violation. The adult male driver was arrested on a Boulder Police Department warrant and violation of a protection order. The male was transported to the Boulder County Jail.
PROTECTION ORDER
On 8-12-18, an adult male transient was arrested for violating a protection order in the 1900 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard. The matter is cleared by arrest.
WELFARE CHECK
On 081318, Officers responded to the area of Winding Dr and Whistler Dr reference a welfare check. An adult male was placed on a mental health hold. The case is closed.
FDC/CRIM TRESPASS
On Monday, August 13, 2018, at about 0347 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 1700 block of Alpine Street on a report of a vehicle being broken into and an item stolen from the vehicle. Case cleared exceptionally.
HARASSMENT
On Monday, 08-13-2018, Police were dispatched to the area of 21st Avenue and Spencer Street, Longmont, CO 80501 on a disturbance. Police investigated and documented their findings. Case closed.
CHILD
On Monday, August 13th, 2018, at approximately 1400 hours, officers received a report of a cold child abuse in the 1400 block of Pratt St. The case is unfounded.
WARRANT ARREST
On Monday, 08-13-2018, Police were dispatched to the 2500 block of Main Street, Longmont, CO 80501 on a shoplift investigation. Police arrested one adult female on an active warrant out of the Boulder County Sheriff's Office. The female was later transported to the Boulder County Jail. Case cleared by arrest.
SUSPICIOUS SITUATION
On Monday, August 13, 2018, at approximately 1930 hours, officers were dispatched to the area of South Pratt Parkway and Delaware Avenue on a suspicious situation. Upon arrival, officers located a U-Haul truck parked along the curb with the keys locked inside. An adult female was near the truck but indicated that she had not rented the vehicle. U-Haul was contacted and advised that the truck was overdue and should have already been returned to U-Haul. U-Haul made arrangements to tow the truck to their rental location. The case is closed.
FDC/CRIM TRESPASS
On 08/08/2018 at approximately 0511 hours, Longmont Police responded to the 1400 block of S Terry on a report of a possible car break-in and theft. A suspect was identified and a warrant will be issued for his arrest. Case open pending a warrant.
WARRANT ARREST
On 08/10/18 at 1145 hrs. a Longmont Police Officer was assigned a warrant arrest in the Longmont Municipal Court. An adult male was contacted and taken into custody on an active warrant. The male was later released on bond.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On Sunday, August 12, 2018, at approximately 0526 hours, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 400 block of Elliott St., on an open line, audible disturbance. A domestic incident was investigated. Not enough evidence was available to establish probable cause in the incident. The case is closed.
SUSPICIOUS SITUATION
On 08/12/2018 the Longmont Police responded to the 1200 block of Hover St. reference an adult female reporting she was being followed. Upon arrival, officers contacted the adult female, who was exhibiting paranoid and delusional behavior. The female was transported to Longmont United Hospital for a mental health evaluation.
BURGLARY
On Monday 08/13/18, Longmont Police responded to a burglary in the 1900 block of S Fordham St. The case is open.
LOST PROPERTY
On August 13, 2018 a lost property report was received from the 1300 block of Dry Creek Drive. An adult female reported losing her backpack. Case is closed.
HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT
On August 13, 2018 Longmont officers investigated a Hit and Run accident in the area of 17th Avenue and Main Street. The investigation showed an adult female, with her juvenile male son in the vehicle, was involved in a minor traffic crash and then left the scene. The vehicle and the female were identified, and through the investigation, it was learned the female was intoxicated while driving. She was located and arrested on several charges, to include Driving Under the Influence, Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident, Child Abuse and Careless Driving. This case is Cleared by Arrest.
ANIMAL COMPLAINT
A 15 ye15-year-old was bitten by the family dog while breaking up a dog fight.
CIVIL
On Monday, August 13, 2018, at approximately 1600 hours, officers contacted an adult male by phone regarding a civil matter. The male requested a report be completed in order to document the incident. The case is closed.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On Monday, August 13, 2018, Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to the 2100 block of Grant Street in reference to a domestic incident. An informational report was taken and the case is closed.
THEFT
A resident of Firestone, CO reported the rear license plate was stolen from his vehicle while it was parked in the 1700 block of Main Street, Longmont, CO. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On Saturday, August 11, 2018 at a,about 2236 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 1000 block of 17th Ave on a report of a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, officers found an adult male illegal entered a residence, slapped the victim, and left. An arrest warrant will be sought. Case open.
HARASSMENT
On Saturday 08/11/2018 hours police responded to the 2500 block Lanyon Drive in relation to a domestic incident. A cold harassment was disclosed to police that occurred in the 1200 block Fordham Street. The case is open.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On August 12, 2018, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1300 block of S. Coffman Street on a domestic violence related disturbance. One adult male was arrested and transported to the Boulder County Jail. This case is cleared by arrest.
AUTO THEFT
On August 12, 2018 Longmont Police were alerted to a stolen vehicle in the 2200 block of Main Street by Fort Collins Police. Longmont Police located the vehicle and arrested two adult males on charges of motor vehicle theft and drug related charges.
MISSING PERSON
On 081218, officers took a report of a missing person from the 800 block of Summerhawk Dr. There are no suspicious circumstances and the case will be closed until further leads develop.
WARRANT ARREST
On August 12th, 2018 at approximately 1515 hours, Longmont Police contacted a wanted party in the 5100 block of Bella Vista Drive Longmont, CO. An adult male was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On August 12th, 2018 at approximately 1720 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to a domestic incident in the area of Gay Street and 21st Avenue Longmont, CO. An adult male was contacted and arrested.
FRAUD
On Sunday, August 12, 2018, Longmont Police took a report of extortion in the 2700 block of Copper Peak Ln. An unidentified male is suspect. No further leads at this time. Case closed.
PROTECTION ORDER
On August 12th, 2018, at approximately 2045 hours, Longmont Police were in the 2200 block of Dexter Drive Longmont, CO on an active restraining order violation. An adult male was contacted and arrested.
HARASSMENT
On Saturday, August 11, 2018, at about 2130 hours, Longmont Police took a report of telephone harassment that occurred in the 1000 block of Pratt Street. Case closed.
ASSAULT
On 08/12/2018, at approxiamtely 2124 hours, Longmont Police responded to the 1900 block of Mountain View Ave, to an address in the City of Longmont, County of Boulder, and State of Colorado reference an assault. One adult female was arrested and transported to Boulder County Jail. Case cleared by arrest.

On August 11, 2018, the Longmont Police Department responded to an auto theft in the 400 block of 17th Avenue. This case is closed.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On Saturday, August 11, 2018, at about 2236 hours, Longmont Police dispatched to the 1500 block of Alpine Street on a report of a traffic complaint. Upon arrival, officers found there was a possible domestic disturbance between an adult male and adult female. Case closed.
DUI
On Sunday 081218 at approximately 0054 hours, the Longmont Police Department responded on a single-vehicle low-powered scooter crash at S. Sunset St. and Creekside Dr. One adult male was arrested for DUI without incident. Case cleared by arrest.
WARRANT ARREST
On Sunday, August 12, 2018, at about 0558 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 600 block of Peck Drive on a report of a violation of bond conditions. Upon arrival, officers arrested 2 male juveniles on active warrants. Both juveniles were transported to the Boulder County Youth Detention Center.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
On Sunday, August 12, 2018, at approximately 1500 hours, Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to the 2000 block of Ken Pratt Blvd in response to a criminal mischief. Currently no suspects. Case closed.

On 08/12/2018, at approximately 1546 hours, Longmont Police took a report of a burglary in the 1600 block of Albion Ln, from an address in the City of Longmont, County of Boulder, and State of Colorado. Due to lack of suspect information the case will be closed.

DISTURBANCE
On August 11, 2018, Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to the 2200 block of Main Street in reference to a disturbance. A 25 year old female and a 23 year old male were arrested for protection order violations. Case cleared by arrest.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On 08/11/2018, at approximately 2115 hours, Longmont Police responded to the 800 block of Hilltop St, an address in the City of Longmont, County of Boulder, and State of Colorado reference a domestic violence call for service. After a thorough investigation, officers determined there was probable cause to arrest one adult male. Case open pending arrest.
DUI
On Friday, 08/10/18, Longmont Police responded to the 700 block of Meeker Street on a report of a DUI driver. A 40 year old female was contacted and later arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.
DOMESTIC INCIDENT
On Saturday, August 11, 2018, at approximately 0405 hours, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 2500 block of Lanyon Dr., in reference to a domestic incident. An adult male who was no longer on scene was found to be in violation of a protection order and other domestic violence charges. A warrant was signed for his arrest. Case closed-arrest warrant obtained.
BURGLARY
On Saturday, 08/11/18 at approximately 1000 hours, officers were dispatched to the 700 block of Hallmark Ln. on a report of a Burglary. There is possible suspect information, this case is open pending further investigation.
TRAFFIC STOP
On Saturday 08/11/2018 Longmont Police conducted a traffic stop involving a known wanted party. The vehicle eluded officers. Case is open pending warrant.
FRAUD
On Saturday, August 11, 2018, at approximately 1830 hours, Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to the 2000 block of Main Street, Longmont, CO in response to a reported fraud. Case Closed.
DUI
On 08/11/2018 at approximately 2132 hours while working an earlier injury traffic accident officers attempted to contact a vehicle that drove the wrong way down the roadway, passing barricades into an accident scene. Upon contact the driver failed to obey instructions to stop, fleeing through the occupied accident scene then eluding officers attempting to stop the vehicle. The vehicle was then abandon in the roadway and the
driver fled on foot being picked up by a female accomplice which also eluded officers.
Case open.
WARRANT ARREST
On August 7, 2018 the Longmont Police Department conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of 21st Ave and Westlake Ct. A male driver was found to have two active warrants for his arrest. The male was taken into custody and transported to Boulder County Jail. Case is cleared by arrest.
ASSAULT
On Friday, August 10, 2018 at about 0326 hours, Longmont Police took a report of unlawful sexual contact that occurred in the 1900 block of Mountain View Ave. Case cleared exceptionally.
WARRANT ARREST
On Friday, August 10, 2018 at about 0514 hours, Longmont Police arrested an adult male in the 2100 block of Main Street on an active Boulder County Warrant for failure to appear, bond $5,000.00. The male was transported to the Boulder County Jail for the warrant. Case cleared by arrest.
BURGLARY
On Friday, 08/10/18 at approximately 0700 hours, an officer took a report of a burglary that occurred in the 1500 block of Sunset St. There is no suspect information at this time. This case is closed.
ASSAULT
On August 10, 2018, Longmont Police Officers responded to the 200 block of Kimbark St. to take a report of harassment. Through the investigation Officers learned, the suspect, an adult male came out of his apartment and pushed, the victim, a adult male into a wall. The
incident took place in the 2200 block of Dexter Dr. Officers were unable to contact the suspect and a warrant will be issued for his arrest. Case open pending warrant.
HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT
On Friday, August 10, 2018, a report of a hit and run accident on Main St at 15th Ave made. An adult male stated a car collided with the back of his car and left the scene. He was able to obtain a license plate. The case is open with a suspect identified.
CIVIL
On August 10, 2018, Longmont Police Officers responded to the 600 block of Martin St. reference a civil situation. Officers were contacted by and an adult male who reported his dog that was stolen had been located in the area. Through the investigation, it was determined to be a civil situation between the two parties about ownership of the dog. Case closed.

On 08/11/2018, at approxiamtely 2020 hours, Longmont Police took a report of Criminal Mischief occuring near the 900 block of Main St. A detailed report was taken however, with lack of suspect information this case will be closed.
DISTURBANCE
On Friday, August 10, 2018 at about 2332 hours, Longmont Police were dispatched to the 900 block of Button Rock Drive on a report of a male juvenile locked out of his residence. Upon arrival officers were able to get someone to open the door and the juvenile went inside. Case closed.

On Saturday August 11, 2018 an officer took a report of a cold first degree criminal trespass to an unlocked vehicle. Nothing was stolen. A report was taken and the case is closed due to a lack of workable leads.

On Saturday, August 11, 2018, a report was made of a vehicle trespass (FDC) and criminal mischief at 00 block of E 5th Ave. An adult male report someone had pried open his driver door causing damage and entered the vehicle. On Friday, August 10th, 2018, at around 08:25 hours Longmont Police contacted a party with a warrant in the 300 block of Lashley St. An adult male was arrested and transported to the Boulder County Jail.

On Friday, 08/10/18 at approximately 1300 hours, an officer took a report of a possible sexual assault on a child that occurred in the 400 block of Sheley Ct. sometime within the past year. There is limited suspect information at this time. This case is open and referred to the Detective Division for follow up.
WARRANT ARREST
On Friday, August 10, 2018 at approximately 1247 hours, Officers were dispatched to an injury crash in the area of 21st Ave and Pratt St. Dispatch stated it was a Ford F150 and a Kia Soul involved. They also stated a young male may have an eye injury. A male passanger was found to have warrants and was arrested. Case cleared by arrest.
CIVIL
On Friday, 08-10-2018, Longmont Police received a civil report of an adult female leaving with 4 of her children and the husband not knowing where she went. Upon investigation, there is nothing criminal, all parties were contacted and were ok. This is a civil situation. Case is Closed.

On 08/10/18, Officers with the Longmont Police K9 Unit located a stolen vehicle. The driver fled on foot and was apprehended. He had an outstanding parole warrant for autotheft and possessed methamphetamine. Case cleared by arrest.
DRUG VIOLATION
On Thursday, 08/09/2018 at approximately 1800 hours, Officers of the Longmont Police Department investigated a prescription fraud in the 800 block of east 17th Avenue. An adult male was arrested in regards to the prescription fraud. This case is cleared by arrest.
FRAUD
On Thursday, August 10, 2018 Longmont Police took a phone report regarding a theft and fraud from the 1200 blk of S. Hover St. A female's wallet was stolen from the shopping cart. There are no suspect leads, case will be closed.
SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF CHILD
The Cyber Crimes Unit of the Longmont Police Department received several tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that are being investigated.
SEX ASSAULT
On August 10, 2018 Longmont Police took a report of a sexual assault allegation in the 2400 block of Pratt Street. Investigation reveals an assault likely did not occur and this case is closed.
HARASSMENT
On 08/10/18 officers responded to the 2200 block of Dexter Dr on a report of a harassment. After an investigation, it was found an adult male resident was harassing an adult female resident. Case will be open for further follow up.
THEFT
On Friday, August 10, 2018, Officers responded to the 300 block of Quail Rd. reference a theft in progress. A report was taken and the case is closed.
