FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

A Longmont resident reported a first degree criminal trespass and theft in the 1400 block of 10th Street. Case is closed due to lack of suspect information.

A Longmont resident reported a first degree criminal trespass and theft in the 2400 block of Tulip Street. Case is closed due to lack of suspect information.

WELFARE CHECK

On December 7, 2018, the Longmont Police Department conducted a welfare check in the 2000 block of Sunset Way. An adult male was contacted and placed on a mental health hold.

CHILD

On Friday, 12/7/18, Longmont police assisted the Boulder County Department of Housing and Human Services with a series of interviews at a school in the 4000 block of Clover Basin Drive. Upon the completion of the interviews, probable cause for criminal charges could not be established therefore this case is closed.

DRUG VIOLATION

On 10/1/18, a vehicle was stopped by Longmont police and one occupant was found to have narcotics in his possession.

DISTURBANCE

On December 7, 2018, at approximately 0415 hours, Longmont police responded to the 200 block of Lashley Street on the report of a disturbance. The victim did not wish to pursue charges. Case closed.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On 12/7/18, Longmont police responded to the area near Missouri Avenue and South Coffman Street referencing an attempted trespass to a motor vehicle. Police investigated the matter and no arrests have been made at this time. The case is currently closed.

THEFT

An employee of a Longmont business reported theft from the 800 block of Hover Street.

BURGLARY

On Friday, December 7, 2018, at approximately 1556 hours, officers responded to the 500 block of Mt. Evans Street, in the City of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado, for the report of a cold burglary. Case closed.

SHOPLIFT

On 12/7/18, at approximately 1558 hours, Longmont police responded to a business in the area of 2500 Main Street reference a shoplift. One adult male was identified and later contacted and arrested without incident. Case closed by arrest.

THEFT

A Longmont resident reported a theft in the 700 block of Darby Court. Case is closed due to lack of suspect information.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

A Longmont resident reported criminal mischief to Christmas lights in the 1600 block of 3rd Avenue. Case is closed due to lack of suspect information.

DUI

On Friday, 12/7/18, at approximately 2229 hours, police responded to the area of South Airport Road and Nelson Road in relation to a hit-and-run accident. The accident was determined to be on South Airport Road, south of Staghorn Drive. The driver was later arrested for DUI. The case is cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 12/7/18, Longmont police responded to a report of an adult male causing a disturbance in the 400 block of Baker Street. Upon arrival, officers contacted an adult male and female outside of the residence. As a result of their investigation, and adult male was arrested without incident for domestic violence, and transported to the Boulder County Jail.

DUI

On Saturday, December 9, 2018, at about 0158 hours, Longmont police responded to a two vehicle accident that occurred in the 200 block of East 9th Avenue. An adult male was arrested for DUI and other traffic offenses. The male was transported to the Boulder County Jail. Case cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Saturday, December 8, 2018, Longmont officers were dispatched to the 000 block of 19th Avenue on a domestic incident. Investigation on-going. Case open.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 12/8/18, Longmont police responded to the area near the 900 block of South Hover Street referencing a disturbance. Police investigated the matter and no arrests have been made at this time. The case is currently closed.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 12/8/18, Longmont police responded to a business in the 1200 block of South Hover Street reference a possible domestic incident. A report was taken and the case is open and under investigation.

WARRANT ARREST

On Friday, December 7, 2018, at about 0505 hours, Longmont police arrested an adult male in the 3000 block of Highway 119. The male had 2 felony warrants and 4 misdemeanor warrants for his arrest. The male was transported to the Boulder County Jail.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 12/7/18, at approximately 2100 hours, Longmont police officers responded to a domestic dispute between a male and a female in the 1200 block of South Hover Street. This case is still open pending an arrest warrant.

TRESPASS

On Friday, December 7, 2018, at approximately 2100 hours, Longmont police were dispatched to the 700 block of Grandview Meadows Drive reference a criminal trespass of a residence. Police contacted an adult male, adult female, juvenile female, and two juvenile males. The case is closed.

TRESPASS

On 12/7/18, Longmont police responded to Walmart located at 2514 Main Street on a trespassing complaint. An adult male was later issued a summons for trespassing. Case cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Saturday, December 8, 2018, at approximately 1113 hours, Longmont police investigated a domestic incident in the 1400 block of South Collyer

Street. There was insufficient evidence to support criminal charges. Case closed.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

A Longmont resident reported a first degree criminal trespass and theft in the 800 block of 15th Avenue. Case is closed due to lack of suspect information.

WARRANT ARREST

On Saturday, 12/8/18, Longmont police responded to the 1400 block of South Collyer Street reference a disturbance. An adult male was arrested on an outstanding warrant and transported to the Boulder County Jail. The case is cleared.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCID

On Saturday, December 8, 2018, at approximately 1500 hours, Longmont police officers were dispatched to 200 block of South Main Street in response to a single vehicle property damage accident. Case closed.

WARRANT ARREST

On Saturday, December 8, 2018, at approximately 1530 hours, Longmont police officers were dispatched to the Longmont Police Department lobby in response to a party wishing to turn themselves in on an outstanding Longmont Municipal warrant. Party was placed under arrest and transported to Boulder County Jail. Case cleared by arrest.

FOLLOW-UP

On 12/8/18, at approximately 1545 hours, the Longmont Police Department towed a vehicle for parking in a no parking zone. One license plate was recovered as stolen however, belonging to the vehicle. An informational report was taken. Case closed.

AUTO THEFT

A Longmont resident reported a motor vehicle theft in the 700 block of Emery Street. Case is cleared by exception.

THEFT

A Longmont resident reported a bicycle theft in the 200 block of Martin Street. Case is closed due to lack of viable suspect information.

PROTECTION ORDER

On December 8, 2018, Longmont police took a report of a restraining order violation in the 1700 block of Duchess Drive. An adult female was spoken to and a report taken. This case is closed.

AUTO THEFT

On 12/8/18, officers took a report of an auto theft involving an adult male in the 1700 block of Cambridge Drive. The case is closed.

HIT-AND-RUN ACCIDENT

On Saturday, December 8, 2018, at approximately 2130 hours, Longmont police officers were dispatched to the 100 block of East Ken Pratt Boulevard in response to a reported hit-and-run accident. The hit-and-run driver was located. Case closed, cleared with a summons.

WARRANT ARREST

On 12/8/18, at approximately 2036 hours, Longmont police responded to the 1600 block of Main Street to an address in the City of Longmont, County of Boulder, and State of Colorado reference a disturbance. One adult male was contacted and found to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest. The male was arrested without incident and transported to Boulder County Jail. Case cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Sunday, December 9, 2018, Longmont police responded to the 1500 block of Main Street in reference to a report of domestic violence. A 54 year-old male was arrested on domestic violence related charges. The case is cleared by arrest.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Sunday, 12/9/18, Longmont police responded to a business that had multiple vehicles and trailers entered in the 100 block of South Main Street. Numerous items were taken and there is no suspect information. This case will be closed.

MISSING PERSON

On December 9, 2018, Longmont police investigated a missing person in the 800 block of 1st Avenue. One adult male was placed in NCIC/CCIC as a missing person. Case is closed.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On December 6, 2018, the Longmont Police Department investigated a possible criminal mischief that occurred in the 1900 block of Warren Avenue. This case is closed.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 

On Friday, December 7, 2018 at about 1900 hours, officers with the Longmont Police Department responded to the 2000 block of Sunset Way, Longmont, Colorado for the report of criminal mischief in progress. The suspect was located and taken to the Boulder County Jail. Case closed.

DRUG VIOLATION

On Saturday, December 8, 2018, at approximately 2122 hours, officers of the Longmont Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the area of South Francis Street and River Road. An adult male and adult female were arrested on multiple charges. Case cleared by arrest.

DEATH

On Sunday, December 9, 2018, officers responded to the 1600 block of Kimbark Street in regards to a suicide attempt. An adult male was found deceased. The case in open for further follow-up.

THEFT

On Sunday, 12/9/18, Longmont Pplice took a report of a stolen purse from a business in the 300 block of Main Street. This case is closed due to lack of workable leads or suspect information.

SHOPLIFT

On Sunday, December 9, 2018, at approximately 1530 hours, officers were dispatched to the 2200 block of East Ken Pratt on a theft report. An adult female was issued a ticket for theft (under $100.00) and released at the scene. The case is cleared by arrest.
