FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Monday, 12/31/18, at approximately 0421 hours, police responded to the 2200 block of Pratt Street where a first degree trespass to a residence occurred. This case is ongoing.

MENACING

On Monday, December 31, 2018, at approximately 1150 hours, alert tones were sent over the radio for a man with a knife threatening another in the 700 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard. This case is cleared by arrest.

CRIM MISCHIEF IN PROGRESS

On December 31, 2018, a criminal mischief report was received from the 900 block of Parker Drive. An adult female reported damage to one of the tires on her vehicle. This case is closed.

FOLLOW-UP

On Tuesday, 12/25/18, at approximately 1830 hours, officers responded to the 00 block of 9th Avenue on the report of a male acting strange. Upon arrival, officers determined an adult male was suffering from withdrawal from narcotics and was in the presence of family. A later visit to the home showed the family was unable to manage the withdrawal. Officers took the adult male into protective custody and transported him to a location to safely withdrawal. This case is closed.

DRUG VIOLATION

On 12/30/18, at approximately 0147 hours, officers were eluded by a silver sedan in the area of 9th Avenue and Collyer Street. The vehicle was later located in the area of the 800 block of Summer Hawk Drive. An adult male was taken into custody on scene. This case is closed, cleared by arrest.

ASSIST

On Sunday, 12/30/18, at approximately 1340 hours, officers responded to the 1000 block of Main Street on the report of an adult male with mental illness who was in crisis. Officers contacted the adult male and took him into protective custody. The adult male was transported to a local hospital where he was held for a mental health evaluation. This case is closed.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Friday, December 30 2018, Longmont police responded to the 1900 block of Juniper Street in reference to a report of criminal mischief. A 31 year-old female reported her vehicle had been damaged. This case is closed due to a lack of suspect information.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Sunday, 12/30/18, at approximately 2101 hours, police received a call for service in relation to a domestic incident in the 2300 block of Wedgewood Avenue. The case is open and will be requested to be referred to the domestic violence unit.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On December 30, 2018, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 2300 block of Spencer Street on a domestic violence related disturbance. An adult male was arrested and transported to the Boulder County Jail. This case is cleared by arrest.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Sunday, 12/30/18, at approximately 2237 hours, Longmont police were dispatched to the 120 block of South Hover Street in reference to a drunk male who was refusing to leave the property and had damaged a decoration. The male was contacted and arrested for violation of felony bond conditions and violation of a protection order. This case is cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 12/31/18, at approximately 0020 hours, officers were dispatched to a physical domestic call in the 000 block of East 5th Avenue. An adult male was taken into custody. This case is cleared by arrest.

DISTURBANCE

On Monday, 12/31/18, at approximately 0129 hours, police responded to the 1100 block of Judson Street in relation to a disturbance. A juvenile female was taken into protective custody on a mental health hold. This case is closed.

FOLLOW-UP

On Wednesday, 12/26/18, at approximately 1230 hours, officers responded to the 300 block of Baker Street to assist an adult male who was in distress due to addiction issues. The adult male was transported to a local hospital for a medical clearance, then to a detox facility. This case is closed.

SEX ASSAULT

On Monday, December 31, 2018, Longmont police took a phone report of a possible sex assault that occurred in the 2900 block of Lakeshore Drive. The case will be open and forward to investigations.

PROTECTION ORDER

On 12/21/18, officers responded to the 1700 block of Whitehall Drive on a report of a harassment. Police investigated and documented their findings. This case is closed.
