Longmont Police Report 12/26/18

WARRANT ARREST On Wednesday, 12/26/18, at 0902 hours, Longmont police officers took a 53 year-old man into custody in the 800 block of 2nd Avenue for an active warrant for failure to appear-trespassing. This case is cleared by arrest.

WARRANT ARREST

On Wednesday, 12/26/18, at 0902 hours, Longmont police officers took a 53 year-old man into custody in the 800 block of 2nd Avenue for an active warrant for failure to appear-trespassing. This case is cleared by arrest.

WARRANT ARREST

On 12/26/18, officers arrested an adult male on an outstanding warrant at 225 Kimbark Street. This case is cleared by arrest.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On December 26, 2018, a vehicle trespass report was received from the 3800 block of Columbia Drive. An adult female reported her vehicle was entered and personal property was stolen from inside. This case is closed.

THEFT

On December 26, 2018, a theft report was received from the 1100 block of South Hover Street. An adult male reported money being stolen from his son. This case is closed.

FRAUD

On December 26, 2018, Longmont officers investigated a report of fraud in the 1700 block of Main Street. An unknown individual passed a counterfeit $20 bill at a business. The individual was unable to be identified and the case is closed.

WARRANT ARREST

On Wednesday 12/26/18, officers arrested a juvenile female on an outstanding warrant out of Douglas County. This incident took place in the 2800 block of Denver Avenue. The juvenile was also listed as missing out of Jefferson County. This case is cleared by arrest.

FRAUD

On Wednesday, 12/26/18, at approximately 1500 hours, officers of the Longmont Police Department investigated a fraud in the 800 block of East 17th Avenue. This case is open.

AUTO THEFT

On December 26, 2018, an auto theft report was received from the 1200 block of South Hover Street. An adult female reported her vehicle was stolen from the parking lot. There is no suspect information. This case is closed.

BURGLARY

On 12/25/18, Longmont police investigated a cold burglary at the 600 block of Peck Drive. The case was later closed due to a lack of evidence.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT

On Tuesday, 12/25/18, Longmont police officers responded to the area of South Emery and Ken Pratt Boulevard in reference to a motor vehicle accident. Two adult males were contacted and one was issued a summons. This case is closed, cleared by arrest.

VICIOUS DOGĀ 

A Longmont male was bitten by a family member's dog in the 1600 block of Adkinson Avenue. The dog was placed on quarantine at home.

DRUG VIOLATION

On 12/25/18, Longmont police responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 1000 block of Ponderosa Circle. Three males were contacted in the vehicle. After an investigation, one adult male and one juvenile male were arrested for narcotic related charges. A third male was referred to the Longmont Community Restorative Justice program. This case is cleared by arrest.

THEFT

On 12/26/18, an adult male resident of the 300 block of Quail Road reported items stolen from his home by 3 possible guests. The case is open and under further investigation.

DUI

On December 26, 2018, officers responded to the 400 block of Main Street on a single vehicle roll-over crash. The adult male driver was arrested for DUI related charges. This case is cleared by arrest.

AUTO THEFT

On December 26, 2018, the Longmont Police Department took a report of a stolen vehicle in the 1700 block of Antero Drive. This case is closed.

BURGLARY

On 12/26/18, Longmont police responded to a cold burglary at the 2200 block of Picadilly Circle. The case was investigated and later closed due to a lack of evidence.

BURGLARY

On 12/26/18, Longmont police investigated a burglary to a residence under construction. There were no suspects, and the case is closed.

INFORMATION

On Wednesday, December 26, 2018, police were contacted in reference to a domestic incident on the 3100 block of Concord Way. An adult female requested information about an incident involving her ex. There was no probable cause a crime occurred and was documented for information.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Wednesday, December 26, 2018, Longmont police responded to the 200 block of Main Street for a cold domestic violence incident. A female reported multiple versions of the events. This case is closed.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Wednesday, 12/26/18, Longmont police officers responded to the area of Emery Street and 3rd Avenue in reference to a protection order violation. An adult female was contacted and later arrested without incident. This case is closed, cleared by arrest.

AUTO THEFT

On 12/26/18, officers responded to the 100 block of Valentine Lane on the report of a vehicle stolen which was left unlocked and running. There are no current suspects in this case. This case is closed.
