FOUND PROPERTY On 12/24/18, officers located an unlocked/unattended bicycle in the 300 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard. The bike was taken to LPD and logged in as found property. The matter is closed.

FOUND PROPERTY

On 12/24/18, officers located an unlocked/unattended bicycle in the 300 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard. The bike was taken to LPD and logged in as found property. The matter is closed.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On December 24, 2018, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 300 block of Emery Drive on a domestic violence related disturbance. An adult male was taken into custody and transported to the Boulder County jail. This case is cleared by arrest.

FRAUD

On Monday, 12/24/18, at approximately 1011 hours, officer received a report of possible financial exploitation to an elder in the 1800 block of South Pratt Parkway. This case is open and under investigation.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Monday, December 24, 2018, at approximately 1100 hours, officers were dispatched to the 2200 block of Main Street in reference to a suspicious incident. Upon further investigation it was determined that this was a domestic violence incident. An adult male was later contacted in the 700 block of Rees Court and charged with 2nd degree assault on a peace officer, resisting arrest, obstruction, domestic violence related

harassment, theft, first degree criminal trespass to a motor vehicle, child abuse, obstruction of telephone services and failure to comply with a warrant for an original charge of DWAI.

FRAUD

On 12/24/18, Longmont police contacted a reporting party in reference to a fraud report from the 1400 block of South Collyer Street. Police collected the available information and no arrests have been made at this time. This case is currently closed.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On 12/24/18, officers took a report of a criminal mischief in the 2200 block of 14th Avenue. This case is closed as there are no suspect leads.

PROTECTION ORDER

On 12/24/18, officers responded to an address in the 1600 block of Kimbark Street. Through the course of the investigation it was found a protection order violation had been committed. This case is open pending further investigation.

DRUG VIOLATION

On Sunday, December 23, 2018, at about 0550 hours, Longmont police contacted an adult male in front of the Public Safety Justice building. The male was banging on the glass doors and chanting. The male was taken to a local hospital to be treated and evaluated. This case closed.

TRAFFIC STOP

On Sunday, 12/23/18, Longmont officers were in the 2200 block of Pratt Street and  witnessed a protection order violation. One adult male was taken into custody. This case is cleared by arrest.

SHOOTING

On December 23, 2018, the Longmont Police Department responded to the area of Mountain View Avenue and Emery Street on a cold shooting. Two males reported having their car shot at while they were sitting inside. A bullet hole was found in the vehicle but no suspects were seen in the area. This case is open.

FRAUD

On Sunday, December 23, 2018, at approximately 2300 hours, the Longmont Police Department took a report of a Facebook scam which occurred in the City of Longmont. No victims have called in to report at this time. This case is closed.

WARRANT ARREST

On Monday, 12/24/18, at approximately 0016 hours, Longmont police were dispatched to a trespassing in the 300 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard. An adult male was arrested on an active warrant and transported to the Boulder County jail. This case is cleared by arrest.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On December 24, 2018, at approximately 0321 hours, officers received a report of damage to property in the 1500 block of Main Street. No suspects have been identified. This case is closed.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Monday, 12/24/18, Longmont officers were dispatched to the 2700 block of Copper Peak Lane on a report of a domestic incident. This case is closed.

FRAUD

On Monday, 12/24/18, at approximately 0919 hours, officers received a report of a cold fraud that reportedly occurred in the 1300 block of South Terry Street. This case is closed. Informational report only.

DEATH

On 12/24/18, officers responded to an address in the 300 block of Colony Place on a report of a deceased party. There are no suspicious circumstances and the case is closed.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Monday, 12/24/18, at approximately 1050 hours, officers responded to a report of an FDC and theft from a vehicle. Due to the lack of suspect information, this case is closed.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On December 24, 2018, Longmont police responded to the 1800 block of Terry Street on a report of a disturbance. An adult male was arrested on a warrant and domestic violence charges. This case is cleared by arrest.

BURGLARY

On Monday, December 24, 2018, officers took a report of a cold burglary in the 800 block of Summer Hawk Drive. Several electronics were taken and there are no suspects at this time. This case is closed.

DISTURBANCE

On December 24, 2018, at approximately 1415 hours, Longmont police were dispatched to the 2300 block of Emery Street in reference to a disturbance. This case is open for further investigation.

DISTURBANCE

On Monday, December 24, 2018, Longmont police responded to the 1500 block of Main Street on a report of a disturbance. An adult female and an adult male were arrested and taken to the Boulder County jail.

WARRANT ARREST

On Monday, December 24, 2018, at approximately 1845 hours, officers of the Longmont Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the 2300 block of Main Street. An adult female was arrested on outstanding warrants. This case is cleared by arrest.
