THEFT

A Longmont resident in the 00 block of 9th Avenue reported a theft from her vehicle. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.

AUTO THEFT

An employee of a Longmont business located in the 200 block of Alpine Street reported a vehicle stolen. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.

THEFT

A Berthoud resident reported the license plate was stolen from her vehicle while it was parked in the 2500 block of Main Street in Longmont. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.

DRUG VIOLATION

On 12/17/18, Longmont police responded to the 1000 block of South Hover Street in reference to a narcotics violation. Police collected the available information, and one subject was arrested without incident. The case is cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Monday, 12/17/18, Longmont police responded to the 1900 block of Terry Street in reference to a disturbance. An adult male was arrested for domestic violence charges against an adult female. The male was transported to the Boulder County Jail and the case is cleared.

SHOPLIFT

On 12/17/18, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 2200 block of East Ken Pratt Boulevard on a shoplift. A juvenile male was detained and found to have an active warrant. The business declined to have charges filed against the juvenile. The juvenile was arrested on the warrant and transported to the Platte Valley Juvenile Detention Center.

DUI

On Sunday, 12/16/18, at approximately 0138 hours, Longmont police conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of East Longs Peak Avenue. Two adult males were arrested for various new charges and a warrant. This case is cleared by arrest.

TRAFFIC COMPLAINT

On 12/16/18, Longmont police responded to the area of Main Street and 6th Avenue on a report of a hit-and-run. Both drivers contacted. This case is closed.

MEDICAL

On Sunday, December 16, 2018, at approximately 2150 hours, the Longmont Police Department responded to the 1400 block of Coffman Street on a reports of a 26 year-old male, not conscious, not breathing. CPR was given and Narcan was administered to the male. He was revived and transported to the hospital. This report is for information only. The case is closed.

DISTURBANCE

On 12/16/18, at 2233 hours, officers were dispatched to a restaurant in the 200 block of South Main Street on a call of an out of control 18 year-old employee who assaulted a manager and was breaking items. The suspect ran before police arrived, but was located and arrested a short distance away. The matter is cleared by arrest.

INFORMATION

On Sunday, December 16, 2018, at about 2255 hours, Longmont police were dispatched to the 900 block of Wolf Creek Drive on a report of a suspicious incident. This case is closed.

AUTO THEFT

A Fort Collins resident reported his vehicle was stolen from the 2300 block of Main Street in Longmont. The case status is closed due to a lack of suspect information.

BURGLARY

On 12/17/18, Longmont police collected information regarding the report of a cold burglary in the 600 block of Emery Street. Police investigated the matter, and no arrests have been made at this time. The case is currently closed.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

A Longmont resident in the 2200 block of Santa Fe Drive reported two vehicles were illegally entered and items were stolen. The case status is closed due to lack of suspect information.

BURGLARY

On Monday, December 17, 2018, officers took a report of an attempted break in, in the 400 block of East 4th Avenue. There are no suspect leads at this time. This case is closed.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On Monday, 12/17/18, Longmont Public Safety personnel assisted the Department of Human Services and a Tennessee Police Department with an interview regarding a possible sexual assault which occurred a number of years ago in Tennessee. The case has been referred to their agency and closed.

SEX ASSAULT

On December 17, 2018, Longmont police officers responded to the 900 block of Quartz Court in response to a sex assault on a juvenile. This case remains open and has been forwarded to detectives for further investigation.

BURGLARY 

On 12/17/18, Longmont police responded to the 2400 block of 3rd Avenue Place in  reference to a cold burglary report. Police collected the available information, and no arrests have been made at this time. The case is currently closed.

ATTEMPT TO LOCATE

On Monday, December 17, 2018, the Longmont Police Department began investigating an adult male for failure to register as a sex offender. The case remains open pending additional follow-up.

MENACING

On Monday, December 17, 2018, officers took a report of a felony menacing that occurred in the area of 17th Avenue and Airport Road. There are no suspects at this time and the case is closed.
