May 22

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

A Longmont resident reported first degree criminal trespass and theft in the 300 block of Quail Road.

MISSING PERSON

Report of a missing person in the 200 block of Kimbark Street.

THEFT

Report of possible elder abuse in the 1600 block of Lamplighter Drive.

CHILD

On May 21, 2019 at approximately 2154 hours Longmont Police were dispatched to the 1400 block of South Collyer Street on a possible child abuse call. Officers investigated and no criminal charges are being pursued at this time.

HARASSMENT

On Wednesday, 05-22-2019, Longmont Police investigated a possible extortion that occured in the 1400 blk of Burlngton Dr. Upon investigation, the suspect identity is unkonwn and there is no workable leads.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

On Wednesday, 05/22/19, a report was taken reference a criminal trespass, theft and criminal mischief which occurred in the 1200 Blk. of Sherman Dr. There is no suspect information.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Wednesday 05/22/2019 at 1003 hours Longmont Police Officers investigated a violation of protection order which took place in the 800 block of Independence Drive in the city of Longmont. A thirty-five year old female was taken into custody and taken to the Boulder County Jail. This
case is cleared by arrest.

INFORMATION

On Wednesday, 05-22-2019, Longmont Police were called to a school in the 4000 blk of Clover Basin Dr and investigated a possible abusive situation with a child and the child's home environment. Upon investigation, there is no probable cause that anything criminal is occurring and this report is for information only.

LITTERING

On Wednesday, 05/22/19, a report was taken reference littering in the 2500 Blk. of Trade Center Ave. The suspect is unknown.

SHOPLIFT

On Wednesday May 22, 2019 Longmont officers responded to the 1200 block of S Hover St on a call of shoplift. Four juvenile females were identified as suspects. This case is open pending further investigation.

CHILD

On May 22, 2019 at approximately 2000 hours the Longmont Police Department responded to a missing child in the 2700 Block of Cooper Peak Avenue. The child was later located and placed on a mental health hold.

INFORMATION

On Monday, 05/20/19 starting at approximately 0700 hours, Longmont Police conducted a patrol for seatbelt violations near Main St and 8th Ave, City of Longmont, Boulder County, CO.

WARRANT ARREST

On Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at approximately 1253 hours, officers were dispatched to assist on a traffic collision at 3rd Ave and Main St. One of
the drivers was found to have a warrant and was taken into custody for the warrant. The arrestee later bonded out and was provided a return court date for warant. Case Cleared by Arrest.

THEFT

On 05/22/19 an adult male attempted to commit a shoplifting in the 2200 block of Main St. The male left the merchandise behind in the store and fled prior to police arrival.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On 05/21/2019 an adult male was issued a summons for vandalism in the 2500 block of Sunset Dr.

FRAUD
On May 21, 2019 Longmont Police investigated a theft in the 800 Blk of Meeker St. The investigation is ongoing.

TRAFFIC STOP

On 05/21/2019, at approximately 2205 hours, officers attempted a traffic stop at the intersection of E County Line Rd, and E Ken Pratt Blvd, City
of Longmont, Weld County, Colorado.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

A Longmont resident reported first degree criminal trespass in the 1200 Bramwood Place.

May 23

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

A Longmont resident reported criminal mischief to a vehicle in the 00 block of Summer Hawk Drive.

FRAUD

A bank reported possible elder financial abuse in the 00 block of 3rd Avenue.

SEX ASSAULT

On Wednesday, May 22, 2019, at approximately 2120 hours, the Longmont Police Department took a report regarding a sex assault that occurred at an unknown location in the City of Longmont, County of Boulder, and State of Colorado. This case is open and referred to the investigations unit.

MENACING

On Wednesday 05/22/2019 at approximately 2152 hours police responded to Grand Avenue and Sherman Street in relation to a disturbance. An adult male was later arrested on menacing and 2nd degree assualt charges. The case is cleared by arrest.

PROTECTION ORDER

On Thursday, May 23rd, 2019, at around 02:33 hours, Longmont Police investigated a restraining order order violation in the 300 block of Quail
Rd.

SHOPLIFT

On Thursday 05/23/2019 at 1225 hours Longmont Police Officers issued two juvenile female municipal summons' for theft which took place in the 1200 block of South Hover Street in the city of Longmont. This case is cleared by arrest with summons' issued.

MENACING

On 5/23/2019, a juvenile male reported another juvenile male verbally threated to shoot him in the 800 block of Main St.

DUI

On Thursday 05/23/2019 Longmont Officers were dispatched to the 1300 block of Hover St. on the report of a DUI. Upon further investigation one adult female was taken into custody for DUI. Case cleared by arrest.

WARRANT ARREST

On May 23, 2019 at approximately 2015 hours, the Longmont Police Department contacted an adult female in the 000 Block of Reed Place. The
female had a municipal warrant. The female was arrested on the warrant and released on bond.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On Thursday 052319 at approximately 1152 hours, the Longmont Police Department assisted the Erie Police Department on a DUID investigation. Case is closed.

SEX ASSAULT

Kids at a local middle school were playing a game called "slap ass Friday"
during the last month on Fridays and then it turned into an everyday event. Today the school found out about it and gave 3 students consequenses. The SRO at the school talked to the students about how serious the consequenses could be if they didn't stop. The parents were called and the case is closed.

ANIMAL COMPLAINT

A female was bitten by a cat at a friend's house. The cat was placed under quarantine.

WARRANT ARREST

On Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at approximately 1610 hours, Police contacted a male in the 2300 block of Main Street, Longmont, CO 80501. This male had two outstanding warrants for his arrest. The male was placed into custody and later transported to the Boulder County Sherrif's Office. Case closed.

THEFT

On Wednesday, 05/22/19, a report was taken reference a theft which occurred in the 2200 Blk. of Somerset Ct. There is no suspect information.

VICIOUS DOG

Two dogs were loose from a residence in the 1000 blk of Lee Way. One dog was aggressive aciting towards a neighbor. The dogs owners were issued summonses for the violations.

TRAFFIC STOP

On May 22nd, 2019, Officers conducted a traffic stop in the intersection of Ken Pratt BLVD and Mill Village CT. One adult female was contacted. She was issued a summons for traffic related charges. Cased cleared by arrest-summons issued.

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

The Cyber Crimes Unit of the Longmont Police Department assisted the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office with an ongoing investigation. All inquires should be directed to the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office.

BURGLARY

On Thursday, May 23, 2019 officers responded to the 1200 block of S Hover St in regards to a shoplifting in progess. A male and female were contacted. The female was released on a summons and the male was taken into custody.

FRAUD

On Thursday, May 23, 2019 at about 1744 hours, Officers with the Longmont Police Department took a report of a fraud for the 600 Blk of Main Street. No suspects at this time.

WARRANT ARREST

On 5/23/19 an adult male was arrested in the 2100 block of Hackberry Cir on four misdemeanor warrants. The male was transported to Boulder County Jail.

ASSAULT

On May 23rd, 2019, Officers responded to the 1500 BLK of Foster Court on report of a disturbance. Four adult females were involved in a fight. Two of them were issued summons for the incident. Case cleared by arrest-summons issued.

ANGEL PROGRAM INTAKE RESPONSE

On 05/23/2019 (Thursday) at approximately 2011 hours Officers contacted an adult male in the east alley of the 200 block of Main Street. The individual was taken on a mental health hold.

May 24

THEFT

On May 24th, 2019, Officers took a phone report reference a theft that occurred in the 2200 BLK of Ken Pratt BLVD. No suspect information is
available at this time.

VICIOUS DOG

On 05/23/19, animal control was dispatched to a call where a dog had attacked another dog on 05/22/19. A ticket was issued to the owner of the
attacking dog.

PROTECTION ORDER

On May 24th, 2019, Officers initiated a traffic stop near the intersection of 21st Ave and Spencer Street. Two adult males were contacted. One male was arrested for a protection order violation. Case cleared by arrest.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont woman was bitten by her own dog. The dog was placed under quarantine.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont female was bitten by a loose dog while trying to catch it.

WARRANT ARREST

Longmont Police responded to Boulder District Probation in an attempt to contact an adult male with an outstanding warrant. The male was arrested and transported to Boulder County Jail.

TRAFFIC STOP

Longmont Police contacted a vehicle in the 700 block of Lashley Street for having expired license plates. An adult male occupant was arrested for having an outstanding warrant. He was later released after posting a cash bond.

MEDICAL LONGMONT PD LAW

On Friday, May 24, 2019, Longmont Police Officers assisted with a Mental Health hold (M1) of a 37 year old, suicidal male, at the 200 Block of E Rogers Road. The male was taken to the hospital.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On Friday, May 24, 2019 at about 1500 hours, Officer with the Longmont Police Department responded to the 2200 Blk of Main St., Longmont,
CO to take a report regarding forged money. No suspects at this time.

WARRANT ARREST

On 5/24/2019, Longmont Police Officers contacted an adult male during a traffic stop on the 900 block of Main Street. It was discovered the male
had a warrant. The male was arrested, case closed.

SEX ASSAULT

On Friday, May 24, 2019, at 1914 hours, Longmont Police investigated a possible sexual assault. This case is open and has been forwarded to
Detectives for additional follow up.

ASSAULT

On Friday, May 24, 2019, at 1914 hours, Longmont Police investigated an assault in the 1200 block of S Hover St that occurred the previous day.

May 25

THEFT

An employee of a Longmont business reported theft in the 2500 block of Main Street. There are no further investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

HARASSMENT

On Saturday (05/25/19) at approximately 1109 hours, officers took a report of harassment that occured in the 000 block of E. Longs Peak Ave. No suspect has been identified.

WARRANT ARREST

On May 25, 2019, Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of South Main St reference a possible wanted party. Officers arrived on scene and contacted an adult male who had an active warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody with out incident. Cleared by arrest.

TRAFFIC STOP

On May 25th, 2019, Officers initiated a traffic stop near the intersection of Ken Pratt BLVD and Industrial Circle. One adult male was contacted. He was issued a summons for driving under suspension and other traffic related charges. Case cleared by arrest-summons issued.

DUI

On Saturday 052519 at approximatey 2219 hours, the Longmont Police Department conducted a traffic stop near 9th Ave and Grant St. One
adult male was arrested for DUI without incident. Case cleared by arrest.

MEDICAL LONGMONT PD LAW

On Friday 05/24/2019 at approximately 0838 hrs, Officers were dispatched to the 2000 block of Sicily Cir in the City of Longmont regarding a domestic violence in progress. Officers learned there was no crime for domestic violence, however an adult male was placed on a mental health hold and transported to the hospital.

BURGLARY

On Friday (05/24/19) at approximately 0850 hours, officers responded to a cold burglary in the 000 block of Missouri Ave. No suspects have been identified.

BURGLARY

On Friday 05/24/2019 at approximately 1133 hrs, Officers were dispatched to the 4000 block of Heatherhill Cir in the City of Longmont regarding
a cold burglary. Officers learned a residence was broken into. Nothing inside the residence was stolen, but there was damage inside the residence. There are currently no suspect leads.

DUI

On Friday, 05/25/19, at 1356 hours the Longmont Police Department responded to a Welfare check of a male in a vehicle, in the 200 block of
Ken Pratt Blvd. The adult male was contacted and later charged with DUI. This case is cleared by Arrest.

SUICIDE ATTEMPT

On May 24, 2019 officers responded to the 2400 block of Atwood St. on a report of a suicide attempt. After investigation an adult female was
placed on a mental health hold due to actions and statements made.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On Friday, May 24, 2019, officers responded to the 1100 block of Judson St. on a report of a domestic disturbance. An adult female was arrested for tampering and domestic violence and the case is cleared by arrest.

VICIOUS DOG

A Longmont man was bitten by his own dog breaking up a dog fight between his own dogs. The dog was placed under quarantine.

MISSING PERSON

On May 24, 2019 the Longmont Police Department responded to the 2700 block of E. Ken Pratt Blvd., on the report of a runaway. The runaway was located.

WARRANT ARREST

On Saturday, May 25th, 2019, at around 0001 hours, Longmont Police contacted an adult male in the 700 block of Longs Peak Ave. He was found to have an active warrant out of the Denver Marshall's Office and was taken to the Boulder County Jail.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 05/25/2019, Longmont officers witnessed a disturbance in the 2700 blk of Copper Peak Ln. This disturbance ended up being a domestic incident. Case cleared by arrest.

WARRANT ARREST

On May 25, 2019, the Longmont Police Department contacted a wanted party in the 2200 block of E. Ken Pratt Blvd. The male was taken into custody and transported to jail. This case is open for further investigation.

On May 25th, 2019, Officers initiated a traffic stop in the 500 BLK of Main Street. One adult male was contacted. He was arrested for DUI related charges. Case cleared by arrest.

WELFARE CHECK

On Saturday 05/25/2019 at approximately 0122 police responded to the 600 block Main Street in relation to a suicidal party. An adult male was taken into protective custody and taken to the hospital.

DUI

On Saturday, 05/25/2019 Longmont Police Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of 9th Ave and Gay St. An Adult male was contacted and later arrested for DUI. Cleared by Arrest.

BURGLARY

On Saturday, May 25, 2019, at approximately 0250 hours, the Longmont Police Department, responded to the 500 block of Bross St., on a cold burglary. There are no suspect leads at this time.

SUSPICIOUS SITUATION

On 5-25-19 officers responded to the 4000 block of Redmond Dr on a call of a possible weapon violation by a juvenile male as witness via a social media posting. The posting was determined to be old photos involving a toy gun. No charges were warranted and an information report was completed.

DEATH

On Saturday May 25, 2019 at approximately 0836 hours, Officer's responded to the 0 blk of Vassar Ct, in the City of Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado, for a medical assist.

INJURY ACCIDENT

On Saturday 052519 at approximately 0947 hours, the Longmont Police Department responded on an injury crash at the intersection of 11th Ave
and Gay St. Case is open.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

A Frederick resident reported criminal mischief to a vehicle in the 2200 block of Ken Pratt Boulevard.

THEFT

An employee of a Longmont business reported theft in the 400 block of Coffman Street. Case is open pending further investigation.

A Longmont resident reported criminal mischief in the 1300 block of Trail Ridge Road. There are no further investigative leads or suspect information at this time.

CHILD

On May 25, 2019 Officers were dispatched to the 200 blk of Ken Pratt Blvd. on a child problem. Officers located the parent and child.

FRAUD

On Saturday, May 25, 2019 at about 1700 hours, Officers with the Longmont Police Department took a report of a fraud for the 600 Blk of Main Street. No suspects at this time.

DRUG VIOLATION

On May 25th, 2019 at approximately 1920 hours, Longmont Police contacted an adult male in the 2200 block of Main Street Longmont, CO. The adult male was arrested on a warrant.

TRAFFIC STOP

On May 25th, 2019, Officers initiated a traffic stop in the area of Ken Pratt BLVD and Emery Street. One adult male was contacted. He was issued a summons for possessing an open container of Marijuana in a MV and other related traffic charges. Case cleared by arrest-Summons issued.

May 26

DRUNK

On Sunday, May 26 2019, Longmont Police responded to the 2700 block of Copper Peak Lane in reference to a report of a juvenile problem. A 41 year old female, and a 14 year old male were arrested. A 13 year old female was taken into protective custody. The case is cleared by arrest.

SEX ASSAULT

On 052619, officers took a report of a sexual assault that occurred in the 2700 block of Copper Peak Ln. Case is open pending further investigation.

HARASSMENT

On May 26, 2019 the Longmont Police Department took a report of a Harassment that occurred in the 1300 block of Coffman St. The suspect is
unknown at this time and the victim does not want police involvement.

DUI

On May 26th, 2019, Officers responded to the 1900 BLK of Warren Ave on report of a disturbance between an adult male and female. The female party left prior to Officer arrival. She was contacted in the 1900 BLK of McCall Place a short while later. She was arrested for DUI related charges. Case cleared by arrest.

HARASSMENT

On May 18, 2019 the Longmont Police Department took a report from an adult female who wanted to report a phone harassment. The female did not want to press charges at this time.

WARRANT ARREST

On 05/25/2019 officers conducted a traffic stop at 17th Ave and Collyer St. After investigation, an adult male was arrested on an outstanding warrant. Case is cleared by arrest.

ROBBERY

On Saturday, May 25th, 2019, Longmont Officers were dispatched to the area of 9th and Sunset on a disturbance. Case is open

DISTURBANCE

On 05/25/2019, Longmont officers responded to a fight that occured at the 2200 block of Ken Pratt Blvd. This incident involed three juvenile females. The two female juvenile suspects fled the scene before officer arrival. Case open, pending suspect identification.

DUI

On May 25th, 2019, Officers initiated a traffic stop near the intersection of Pratt and 2nd Ave. One adult male was contacted. He was arrested for DUI related charges. Case cleared by arrest.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 052619, Officers responded to the 1000 block of Lee Way on a domestic disturbance involving an adult female.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 052619, Officers responded to the 2200 block of 14th Ave on a domestic incident involving an adult male and female. The case is cleared by arrest.

HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT

On 5-26-19 officers responded to a hit and run property damage accident in the 1000 block of S Pratt Parkway. The suspect vehicle was found, abandoned, a couple blocks away. A suspect was developed and located later in the day. He was cited and the matter is cleared by arrest (summons).

OTHER AGENCY ASSIST

On 05/26/19, Officers (SWAT Negotiators, SWAT team members, and K-9) with the Longmont Police Department assisted the Boulder County Sheriff's Office with a criminal barricade with an armed suspect in Nederland Colorado. The suspect refused to surrender peacefully but was eventually taken into custody following the deployment of chemical agents, less lethal options, and a K-9. Case cleared by arrest in the respective jurisdiction. This report is for informational purposes only.

DOMESTIC INCIDENT

On 05/26/2019 Longmont Police took a report of a possible domestic disturbance between an adult male and an adult female at a residence in
the 2200 block of Pratt St. A report was taken and there are no criminal charges at this time.

On 052619, officers took a report of a Domestic Incident in the 900 block of Atwood St. There is no probable cause at this time.

DUI

On Sunday, 05/26/19 at approximately 1716 hours, Longmont Police conducted a traffic stop in the 1700 block of Queens Dr. An adult male was arrested for DUI and was later transported to the Boulder County Jail. The case is cleared by arrest.

May 27

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

A visitor from Tennessee reported his wallet stolen and credit card subsequently used at a local gas station.

THEFT

A Longmont, CO resident in the 1200 block of Aspen reported a license plate stolen.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

A Longmont, CO resident reported vandalism to her vehicle while it was parked in the 1700 block of Cook Court.

HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT

On 5-27-19 at 0220 hrs., officers were dispatched to the 200 block of Collyer St on a call of a hit and run property damage accident that just occurred. The suspect vehicle was located and the teen female driver was arrested. Cleared by arrest.

HARASSMENT

On 5/27/2019, an adult male with a disability pushed an adult female with a disability in the 300 block of Atwood St.

MISSING PERSON

On Monday, May 27, 2019, at approximately 1500 hours, officers took a missing person report from the 700 block of Pendleton Avenue. The person was located approximately three hours after they were reported missing.

TRESPASS

On 05/20/2019 Longmont Police Officers were dispatched to handle a possible trespassing complaint in the 1300 block of 11th ave. Upon being dispatched Officers spoke to an adult male on the phone and at this point the suspect has not been located.

SHOPLIFT

On Saturday, May 25, 2019, Longmont Police responded on a report of a theft in the 500 block of S. Hover St. An adult female is suspected of the theft.

WARRANT ARREST

On May 26, 2019 Longmont officers contacted an adult male regarding a disturbance in the 000 block of Birch Court. After investigation, it was found the male had an outstanding warrant and was also in violation of a Protection Order. He was arrested and this case is Cleared by Arrest.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

On Monday May 27, 2019 at approximately 0037 hours officers responded to the 1600 block of Hover St on a report of a cold criminal mischief. A vehicle had tires slashed at another location in the City. No suspects were identified.

BURGLARY

On May 27, 2019 Longmont officers took an report of a Burglary in the 2300 block of 17th Avenue. An unknown suspect entered a business and stole cash and a computer. This case is Open.

HARASSMENT

On Monday, May 27, 2019 officers took a report of harassment in the 00 block of Reed Pl. It was reported an adult female was sending harassing text messages. After investigation an adult female was issued a summons for harassment. Cleared by arrest - summons issued.

FDC/CRIM TRESPASS

A Longmont, CO resident in the 3700 block of Fowler Lane reported a theft from his vehicle.

FRAUD

On Monday, May 27, 2019 Officers were dispatched to a report of a fraud in the 1900 block of Main Street.

TRESPASS

On May 27, 2019 at approximately 1709 hours the Longmont Police Department responded to a trespass call in the 800 Block of East 17th Avenue. The adult female that was contacted was deemed to be a risk to herself and was placed on a mental health hold.
