A short detour will be in place off Quail Road, just east of the Recreation Center, to maintain access for customers until construction is complete in mid-December.
As part of Harvest Junction Village Development, 2,000 feet of Quail Road - east of Main Street and west of 119th Street - will be under construction until mid-December; access to the Longmont Recreation Center will be available at all times. In the construction zone, Quail Road will be fully closed; however, traffic will be able to continue east/west travel utilizing a small detour (see map below).
The purpose of this road construction is to allow for the installation of a water main, a sewer main, reconstruction of the roadway and installation of curb and gutter.
