The April 10 Landlord Training Alliance that was cancelled last week due to the weather has been rescheduled for TONIGHT,  April 17th from 6:30-8:00 pm at the Longmont Senior Center (910 Longs Peak Ave.).

Meghan Pfansteil, Government Affairs Coordinator for the Boulder Area Rental Housing Association, will present an update on the 2019 state legislative session. This session has been extraordinarily active in terms of landlord/tenant bills. Some have been surprised at how controversial these proposed bills have been, including bills on rent control, the use of application fees, modification to the Warranty of Habitability, the establishment of a legal defense fund for tenants, and extending the three-day notice to up to 14 days.

This meeting is free, open to all, and qualifies for 2 continuing education credits for realtors.
