City of Longmont launches Let's Thrive Challenge, focused on sustainability throughout the summer

The City of Longmont’s Sustainability Program is excited to be launching the first annual Let’s Thrive Challenge! The Let’s Thrive Challenge is a new outreach initiative created to foster greater awareness of actions that help build a more sustainable Longmont.

The City of Longmont’s Sustainability Program is excited to be launching the first annual Let’s Thrive Challenge! The Let’s Thrive Challenge is a new outreach initiative created to foster greater awareness of actions that help build a more sustainable Longmont.

Participants will have the opportunity to win one of five $100 gift cards, along with other prizes! Register at bit.ly/lets-thrive-challenge.

The Challenge will be running from April 26 through July 13. Each participant will have the opportunity to complete actions within each of our ten sustainability topic areas:

  1. Air Quality Topic areas
  2. Buildings & Infrastructure
  3. Community Cohesion & Resilience
  4. Economic Vitality
  5. Energy
  6. Food System
  7. Natural Environment
  8. Transportation
  9. Waste
  10. Water
