The Boulder County Fair is celebrating its 150th Anniversary with 10 days of fair activities.

On Tuesday, July 30, Mayor Brian Bagley proclaimed the week of August 2-11 as The 150th Anniversary of Boulder County Fair Week.

This year the Boulder County Fair is conducting outreach "to ensure that it is truly a county-wide event," according to city council communication.

The event will be celebrated with a Chuckwagon breakfast hosted by the Kiwanis Club. The breakfast will take place in downtown Longmont from 6:30-9:30 a.m. and will be followed by the Boulder County Fair Parade.

The fair will host several special events, activities, and more.

The Boulder County Fair is located at 9595 Nelson Road, Longmont. Admission and parking are free.
