Impact Special Review request to allow short-term rentals in
an owner-occupied residence for up to 250 nights annually on
an approximately 7-acre parcel; submitted by Kailun Wang &

22.  Community Services Department:
Proposed amendment to Boulder County Action Programs’ (CAP) Community
Services Block Grant program and budget plan for 2019 and going forward.
The program plan that is being changed will be outlined in a contract
amendment that accompanies this letter. This amendment will include:
1) Partnering with Boulder County Workforce to create work-site/jobs for
low-income residents and occupational skills training in order for
applicants to enter the local competitive job market, and 2) using CSBG
funds to expand implementation of our People Engaged in Raising Leaders
(PERL) which is a civic engagement and leadership development program to
increase representation on boards and commissions for under-represented
(low income and people of color) populations.
